Short summary:
Abe rides his bicycle with Mihashi running after him, but then Abe asks Mihashi to run in front. Mihashi has to push it uphill. Mihashi and Abe go to the doctor, who tells them that he knows Momokan from some years ago, when she visited him with a player.
When Abe and Mihashi return to the training camp. Shigapo talks about food and about how they all are going to become strong powerful players like Bijou's Wada and Tosei's Kawai. They'll have 6 meals a day and 4500-5000 calories with lots of protein for amino acids, and vitamins.
Abe has no idea what to make for breakfast that will fit Shiga's requirements. Momokan gives him one of Shigapo's books but Abe admits defeat.
Momokan agrees to let Shinooka help them for three days, but stresses to Shinooka that she is only there to help and not to intrude into her battery's supposed-to-be-teamwork.
Shinooka includes Mihashiin the planning and asks him for his thought. They finally manage to make a plan and Mihashi happily runs off for pitching practice. Abe thanks Shinooka. She leaves and sort of breaks down when she's alone. Turns out she like Abes but is determined not to let her feelings show because it would make things awkward.
She's glad Mihashi will be there so that she won't be alone with Abe. She goes back to work.
There's a short depiction what the rest of Nishiura does all day long. Training, eating, strategy meetings aside, they also do skateboarding in the evenings. Then we see Abe and Mihashi very tired, meeting a cheerful Shinooka in the kitchen in the very early morning. Abe comments on somehow Shinooka looks like a manman(?) in her apron, while Mihashi notices how tall Abe has grown and how small Chiyo is.
Shinooka encourages Mihahsi to help, but Abe goes nuts when Mihashi is near knives and fire. Still, Mihashi goes straight for the carrot and the BIG KNIFE, saying quietly that if he takes care it will be all right to cut it.
Abe agrees, but Shinooka exchanges that knife with a harmless peeler.
The chapter ends with everybody enjoying the meal and then the start of Kusakabe vs. Musashino.
