Ep 15: The Hidden Orb's Name...!

Itachi enforces his genjutsu and turns his crows into shuriken. A few of the crows attack and injure Naruto and his skin starts to flake off. Suddenly Sasuke in cursed level 2 mode appears as the right side of Naruto’s face saying he should have killed him then. Naruto’s right hand tries to strangle himself. Sakura appears from his belly, blaming him for not stopping Sasuke from leaving. Kakashi appears from Naruto's left arm, saying he failed to protect his friends. Gaara's eye appears on the palm of his left hand saying Naruto's the only one who got to be happy.

Flashback to Naruto asking Jiraiya what if dispelling the genjutsu doesn't work. Jiraiya says to give up, but if he is with teammates he still has a chance. They have to touch you and force chakra into your body to disrupt the flow of your own chakra and the genjutsu will vanish.

Both Sakura and Chiyo touch Naruto and inject their chakra as Kakashi makes a move on Itachi. Naruto asks about Itachi’s shadow clones, but there wasn't any. Naruto had used rasengan on empty space.

Kakashi says it's time to get serious and tells Naruto to follow his lead. Itachi takes a breath and performs seals for Katon, Housenka no jutsu (fire element, mythical firebird technique) and shoots out a series of fireballs. Kakashi dodges. Itachi tries again with katon goukakyuu no justu (large fireball). As the smoke clears, Kakashi has started his raikiri and runs toward Itachi, ripping up the ground. Itachi dodges. Naruto attacks from above with rasengan. Sakura and Chiyo stay out of the line of fire.

As the dust clears, Itachi stands unaffected. Naruto had attacked a clone. Naruto thinks combing attacks with Kakashi is not working and thinks of using his special technique. Mist appears around them. Chiyo tells Sakura it's Kakashi's technique, not Itachi's.

Itachi remains unimpressed. Kakashi appears before him throwing kunai. Itachi dodges and responds with another large fireball. Kakashi digs underground and comes up to fight Itachi hand to hand. But Kakashi feels something is wrong. Itachi uses genjutsu on Kakashi and turns him paper thin and burns him from below. But the genjutsu had no effect, since it was a Kakashi shadow clone. Real Kakashi climbs up from the hole.

Meanwhile Gai beats up on Kisame with flaming fists.

The Kakashi clone and Itachi are locked in combat while Naruto attacks. Flashback to Jiraiya teaching Naruto an improved rasengan - increased force by pumping out more chakra. He hits Itachi with his oodama rasengan, but Itachi smiles mysteriously.

Gai and his team look down at the body. Kakashi and team look down at the body. Neither is who he is supposed to be. Gai says he definitely doesn't know this guy. Chiyo recognizes Yuura.

End: Konoha Citizens Databook - famous people in Konoha narrated by Naruto, interrupted by Jiraiya. Naruto talks about Jiraiya unflatteringly. Naruto asks for his money back but Jiraiya uses a replacement.

Review: Naruto body parts morphing into his teammates was silly rather than scary. Go Kakashi go!

Asa Kujaku = morning peacock – used after opening the chakra gates
Oodama rasengan = giant ball rasengan – just a more powerful bigger rasengan
