Ep 172: Despair The Tearing Heart

The team races to get out but the exit is blocked. Naruto thinks of using rasengan but Ino warns him the whole place might collaspe. Anko summons a giant snake to push out the rocks carrying the team in its mouth.They take the boat to the convoy which has been waiting for them. But the convoy gets a message saying the Kaima was defeated last night. It's already dawn when the team escapes. The team arrives but the convoy has already left. Hitode, the captain, hears a distress call via the radio.

Isaribi sabotages the boats and they crash into each other. Amachi, who used henge to appear as one of the guards, tells them to surrender. A soldier attacks but Isaribi takes him out with a spray of water. Meanwhile Yoroi performs a seal for Magen, Jigoku Kouka no jutsu (demonic illusion, hell descent technique) and a huge fireball appears and falls onto the ship. The soldiers all abandon ship but it's just an illusion. Yoroi perfroms seals and a huge whirlpool appears. A kunai comes flying and hits his arm. Shino declares hijmself his opponent again while Ino tries to help the guards into her boat. Anko challenges Amachi. Naruto tries to talk sense into Isaribi who attacks and pushes Naruto overboard.

Anko asks Amachi where Orochimaru was headed. Amachi says Orochimaru had a great child with him, unlike Anko and insults her by saying he wonders what she was missing to be thrown away like that.

Meanwhile Isaribi drags Naruto underwater. Naruto does kage bunshin but Isaribi takes out the clones. Naruto escapes to the surface. Isaribi re-emerges and Naruto asks if she feels anything hurting people. She attacks him with a spray of water from her mouth and says she doesn't care who gets hurt as long as she returns to human. Naruto slaps her but says how he understands her feelings and that she really has a gentle heart.

Meanwhile Anko fights Amachi who throws spikes at her and then a bottle which explodes into sleep powder and Anko is knocked out. Amachi tells Isaribi to take care of Naruto. Naruto calls Amachi a monster and he starts to laugh and turns into a full Kaima, the compete modified battle version. He water blasts Isaribi out of the way.

Naruto attacks but gets knocked down. He performs kage bunshin but the Kaima shoots out scales and destroys all the clones. Naruto jumps at him again and he shoots out more water form his mouth suiton kaihoudan (water element, pressure cannon) and Naruto gets knocked down again. But he gets back up and attacks again and gets knocked back again. Amachi-Kaima bites his thumb and summons the Sea Boss which just looks like a blob of water. It grabs Naruto and swallows him. Amachi comments that the Sea Boss is mostly water and it's like a moving water technique. Anko tries to attack the Sea Boss but she just bounces off. Amachi orders Isaribi to finish them off but then she hears Naruto's refusal to abandon her.

Naruto visits Kyuubi in his cell, who lends him his chakra. Naruto becomes foxlike and orange chakra envelops him and he explodes out of the Sea Boss. Anko explains to Isaribi that Naruto is the same as her and that sealed within him is the Kyuubi that used to attack villagers.

Naruto attacks Amachi.

Review: Another collasping complex, another Naruto inspirational speech, another visit to Kyuubi, nothing new.
